Fermenting hot sauce part 1 is here.

After fermenting in jars for 4 weeks, S decided to blend it up. Hard to tell when it’s “ready” as any taste test needs to be done once it’s in blended for. So he rolled the dice.

Ta-da!!! 

S also created the labels himself. I’m stoked to see how they turned out so awesomely. You just won’t have me sampling this anytime soon.
